It was a very difficult process to find and secure this particular vehicle, but James did some locator magic with a national manager to secure the vehicle I had been attempting to purchase since April of 2023. The process was seamless from checking in, the notifications, checking out and what was done. I especially enjoyed the video of the diagnosis, pointing out the mechanics of the undercarriage and what they did.
This routine service visit was handled quick enough. The waiting room/ dealer showroom was nicely bright on a sunny day. No dingy dirty waiting room here. Darrow Toyota has improved their WiFi performance in recent years that it’s now useful for simple work tasks, email and simple browsing. (I didn’t attempt streaming media.). The best part, my RAV hybrid work requested was well done. I trust the vehicle status check page reflects all the points on my car were checked on. Good show!

Buying a car, to me, has been a dreadful, frightening experience, fraught with self doubt in my choices and self aware of my extreme lack of knowledge of anything to do with cars. Luckily, Ralph was my salesman. He patiently listened to all my concerns and negativity. No pressure. After much discussion and Ralph presenting three different scenarios for the three cars I was interested, including pricing and different aspects of each car. I finally made a decision and love my new Nissan Kicks. All thanks to Ralph, a very patient man.

The process was seamless from checking in, the notifications, checking out and what was done. I especially enjoyed the video of the diagnosis, pointing out the mechanics of the undercarriage and what they did.
This routine service visit was handled quick enough. The waiting room/ dealer showroom was nicely bright on a sunny day. No dingy dirty waiting room here. Darrow Toyota has improved their WiFi performance in recent years that it’s now useful for simple work tasks, email and simple browsing. (I didn’t attempt streaming media.). The best part, my RAV hybrid work requested was well done. I trust the vehicle status check page reflects all the points on my car were checked on. Good show!

Buying a car, to me, has been a dreadful, frightening experience, fraught with self doubt in my choices and self aware of my extreme lack of knowledge of anything to do with cars. Luckily, Ralph was my salesman. He patiently listened to all my concerns and negativity. No pressure. After much discussion and Ralph presenting three different scenarios for the three cars I was interested, including pricing and different aspects of each car. I finally made a decision and love my new Nissan Kicks. All thanks to Ralph, a very patient man.
