We have bought previously another car from Russ Darrow ten years ago. We loved the van, but the transmission went out. I contacted them about a van that looked like a good deal. 4 hour recall repair has turned into a, current, 3 day repair to replace brake lines. The shear incompetence and lack of talent to simply flair a fitting is beyond imagination. Used do this by hand, custom, but could do this because this is a factory recall, which is another issue that KIA is using sub standard materials when it comes to safety features like BRAKES. Hiding behind and blaming tariffs or supply chains is not a reason or excuse for just plain greedy profits.
I made an appointment and when I arrived they said it would take one hour. They eventually said it was done after an hour and 45 mins and did not say anything about why it had been delayed.
Kenney and everyone was great. They made the process extremely easy and worked quickly when I was in a time crunch. Fair financing and friendly service.

In September 2025, I went for an oil change and they did a normal 21-point inspection. I was told that I should get my brakes and rotors changed right away as both of my front brake pads were at 3mm and both of my back brakes were at 2mm. I followed up with other companies at the time and I was told that both were at 6mm, so I did not do anything. I received one key fob with my automobile purchase. I was told that I could purchase a second fob for $350.00+. I asked to talk to the sales manager, but I was never able to talk with him. The auto that I purchased was loud on the road. I asked about the noise made when the auto is on the road. I was told that the noise is common with the car that I purchased. Tyler is a new employee perhaps this is why he appears to think that service ends once the contract is signed.

Sold me a car with no gas and told me to come back for gas and detail for $,44/k purchase Return car for detail which was a basic car wash and then was told they only filled cars up that where brand new. I bought a 2023 for 44/ k act like it's brand new. I'll never do business here again complete joke?

Daryl got me into the dealership. I was working back and forth with to him for weeks. I love the service I received. Dakota took great care of us in person at the dealership. She made sure our son was comfortable in the Kids Zone while we were doing paperwork .Gerald in finance is professional and not overly pushy from a finance person standpoint. He’s knowledgeable. We’ve bought multiple Hondas over the years from other reputable Honda dealerships but this dealership cares for hard working class people.
I keep receiving "spam" calls from what I believe is an ex-family member ever since I cleared and got rid of some old phones. I was checking some old numbers I had on them and I believe one of the phone numbers was theirs. Maybe they are trying to "re-contact" me for some reason as I keep getting spam calls from Russ Darrow every so often.
I have a 2021 Kia Sorento purchased September 2024. The audio screen ended up going out, no radio, no visual to the backup camera, etc. Brought it to this location because I bought at a russ darrow and thought the additional warranty covered the eletrical up to 100k miles (that part of the warranty expires 1 year after purchase). Bruce and the service technician who worked on my vehicle did an excellent job! During a routine oil change, the technician identified an oil leak, and Bruce promptly followed up to verify that the necessary repairs were covered under my CPO warranty.
Bruce also assisted me with arranging a loaner vehicle and scheduling my car for the next available appointment so the repairs could begin as soon as possible.

This is the second or third time I have brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire roation. Every time it has been multiple hours of waiting for updates. Each time I have needed to go back for updates on the status and even then it has been limited information on when my vehicle will be done. This most recent time I came in early in the morning (before 9:30 on a Thursday) and I am still waiting at 11:15 for any updates. Previously I have came during other days and times and it is the same experience.
I originally brought my vehicle to this dealer for a simple oil change. I made the mistake of agreeing to their complimentary car wash, and afterward I noticed damage to the paint on the front of my vehicle.
Now, after getting the vehicle back again, I found new scratches on the tailgate/rear cargo area that were not there before. The damage looks like something may have been placed or moved in the back of the vehicle, but the dealership is telling me that nothing was transported in it.

Extremely disappointing experience. I had a scheduled appointment to have my vehicle diagnosed, yet they kept my car for three days, only to tell me they didn't have the proper equipment to perform the diagnostic. I was left without a vehicle and had to rearrange my work schedule and transportation, all for absolutely nothing. This could have been communicated from the beginning instead of wasting three days of my time. Very unprofessional and a complete lack of consideration for their customers.
Prompt and to the point Prompt service, clear and to the point on what the issue was and what needed to be done.
I was quoted $24000 on a trade-in towards a new vehicle and they sent me the sales contract to send to our credit union. They then came back the day after we closed on the loan saying they would not honor the original $24000 for the trade-in. If the new number had been the original number, I may have made it work, but it's highly unlikely I will do business here again.
I was early to my appointment and the woman who was working at the service desk was very friendly about it. They got me in early. They got me out in less time than they said it would take. I'm the woman was very friendly. She was the best service desk person I've interacted with there
