The Nick followed up, we set up an appointment and came down and test drove the vehicle and purchased it and drive away that same day. I received service at Russ Darrow Mazda under my warranty at CarMax. I expected it to be complicated, but from the start Leah made it really easy! She was friendly, courteous and helpful. She kept me updated with text messages and coordinated everything with CarMax. They gave me a really nice brand new loaner. The techs that worked on my car were thorough. I got a new home for myself and family with my savings after my retirement, not knowing i was interacting with a swindler and i sent her the exact amount. And although I have asked numerous times to have all service calls sent to my cell phone, you guys continue to text my husband about appointments. It would be great if you could fix that.

Car needed wiper motor when I bought it so they gave me a Nissan Rogue to drive until it was ready. Front tires are very worn and back tires were great but it's front wheel drive so they should've put new ones on or rotated tires at very least.
This 5 star review is only for Sazare Cunningham. Sazare is the best sales person we have ever encountered after many vehicle purchase’s over the years. Extremely knowledgeable Patiently answered all of our questions Respectful of what we had to say Non-judgmental Genuine and honest answers. This review is coming from two people who don’t typically write reviews. Sazare treated us like family and we feel that he is a hidden gem in the southern section of Wisconsin. If not for him, I doubt that we would have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Hats off to you.

Very nice advisor in service department. I had a recall on my car. They needed a to keep my car overnight so they supplied me with a very nice new crv sport hybrid. My only complaint is that it is so expensive to go to the dealership (I also needed an oil change), and they did not wash my car (it was only like 25 degrees out, so maybe they don’t wash them if it’s below freezing).
Was there for my battery change. Service is wonderful and quick. Definitely recommended.
I always enjoy going there- it makes my service easy and painless. I only gave 4 stars this time because it took several minutes before anyone acknowledged me being there and I wasn’t sure who I was supposed to see. In the past, someone has greeted me at my car when I pulled in the garage. Other than that, same good efficient service.

We stopped in here unplanned and not ready to purchase, Gregg was our sales person and he was ABOVE any expectation we had when car shopping. He listened to our needs/wants and pointed us in the right direction without being pushing. I fell in love with a Sportage and left with a beautiful new suv!
