Best experience I've had at a dealership. The gentleman who helped me was named Cyrus Farabakhsh (service dept) who was extremely helpful and made my day. That man needs a raise if he already doesn't have one, very well deserved. You don't find many employees like that and should keep him around as long as you can.

Went in for an oil change, but the crew found that there was a rodent’s nest and dozens of walnuts stored throughout some hard to reach places in the hood of our car. They weren’t hesitant to tackle the issue and kept us well informed the whole time. We were even provided with a loaner vehicle because the work on our car took a little longer than anticipated. Overall, a very smooth process for an unexpected situation.

Kirsten was fabulous and between her and Dylan (who I assume was the mechanic working on my car) they determined that I really didn't need to have both tie rods replaced - so that saved me about $350 this trip! I was very impressed with them the first time I bought a new car there. The second time I was thinking about trading ,the offer for my vehicle was ridulously low, and no real in between counteroffer. So I will trade my car but not here. The service dept was so very efficient and helpful however.
