I was sold a car that started having mechanical issues within 50 miles driven from the dealership and was not able to return this vehicle. They are attempting to fix the issue but we will see if they fix it to my satisfaction. Although overall I am very upset with this purchase and am experiencing a lot of regret and will not recommend russ darrow to people I know nor will I return for future purchases.

Scheduled a 2:30pm appointment for them to diagnose what why I had a check system storage warning on my 2017 Honda accord. Car didn’t get looked at until 4:30. Was told that I would not be charged the diagnostic fee if I went ahead with the repairs. The only repair that was needed was the replacement of a brunt out fuse. Which they changed but tried to charge me $231 diagnostic fee. They also tried to charge me $398 to install a window visor. There is literally a 3 minute long video on YouTube that shows you how to do that. So your telling ...

I thought it went really well, we weren't necessarily prepared to buy a vehicle, but fell in love with one on the lot. They were very patient with us as this was our first car purchase, even when the banks closed on Friday at 5, I was able to come back the next day and finish up paperwork/down payment

Right after my oil change I got 1 mine up the road and was stranded on the hwy for an hour waiting for a tow. The service department made it right and fixed the repair but I did hot have a good afternoon.

Its my 3rd time here and the service advisors were great. Explained what I needed done. No issues with my car since. I would suggest having your tech speak a little slower when creating the video Had to watch the video twice.

I love the dealership but this time I wasn't satisfied with the service I received. I got a oil change and tire rotation now when I'm driving on the expressway my truck is shaking and it wasn't doing that before.

They did the service I came in for, recommended that I was due for recommended factury service and I agreed it was due. also checked tire Ware and brakes and was happy with there diagnosis

I drove here from Milwaukee, and I think it was worth every mile. I asked about a certain car, and it was actually there, no bait and switch. If I ever buy another new car, I'd gladly return here.

Had a tire rotation and they forgot to tighten the lug nights. My wheels almost fell off while was driving. You’re very lucky I did t get hurt or hurt someone else. They said they’d take 40$ off the brake service but my Quote was 399 originally I paid $421. So no discount. When I questioned it, he said there was a “shop charge” that he took off. Well that wasn’t on the original quote. So I think he made it up to try to appease me. Dishonest.

I arrived and Alison was there to greet me for my oil change service appointment. We talked briefly about tire rotation, I went into the waiting room and the Service garage was on it. I received an excellent video with analysis on the tires and undercarriage and soon after that video arrived Alison appeared to tell me my pro master was ready to go.

Minna was great loved working with her. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and available through the whole process which made me super comfortable.

Mike was very friendly and understanding as possible to get me in and out. I got out of work late the night before and our appointment was early. So there wasn’t any games being played. Most dealerships like to hold you over so they can wear you down. Ain’t nobody got time for a slick talker. Just tell me what you can do for me and let me decide the best course of action. Aleiah Brown was great to work with. Had to leave my car overnight. She was off the next day. She still called me that morning to give me updates. Had to knock off a star for the dealership. I paid over a grand for routine maintenance, they had the car overnight and still did not wash it. Unbelievable. I should not have had to ask for it to be washed.

I told her she had the wrong car she ignored what I said and continued to speak about the wrong care to me. I had to pretty much demand that was not my car and then she finally realized that she was telling me about the wrong car.

I had a 2:30 appointment for an oil change and emissions test. My car was done at 4:05pm, but they told me they could no longer do the emissions tests since it was after 4pm. Having had an appointment and being there for *an hour and a half* for two generally pretty quick services, I couldn't believe that the emissions test wasn't done. We had 2 reps because of the volume Tuesday. Their Mazda knowledge was marginal. The car prep left a lot to be desired. Many of the settings we thought were set up with Ernesto did not stay. We find ourselves resetting them today. For a high end model there are a lot of annoyances I did not expect to find.
