I went to Russ Darrow Toyota after unsuccessful attempts at two other Toyota dealerships to get a good deal on trading in my 2023 Toyota 4runner and getting a 2026 Tacoma Trailhunter. Bought a new Honda CRV hybrid through Chris. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to help us weigh the options we needed and explained the benefits of a hybrid car we were looking at as it was our first hybrid. We are saving a lot on gas which ultimately helps with the payment. He is an asset to the company. We will definitely use him again.

He patiently answered all of my questions and pivoted when we selected a totally different vehicle once we got to the showroom.
